The vibration generator is provided with nozzles, and a screen is mounted on an auxillary shaft having a rotational speed and direction which are independent of the rotational speed and direction of the central shaft.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to devices for the rotational forging of long products.
A device for rotary forging of long products is known, which contains a housing with strikers placed in it connected with a drive in the form of power cylinders connected by a working medium supplying system, having - 10 distributors with a power source l.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability and efficiency of operation.
This is achieved by the fact that, in a device for rotational forging of long products, comprising a housing with strikers housed therein, connected to a drive in the form of power cylinders connected by a supply system for a working medium, having distributors with a power source, The cylinder is made 25 in the form of nozzles according to the number of power cylinders, the cavity of each of which is associated with a corresponding power cylinder located at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle, and also in the form of a barrier to the number of nozzles mounted on the drive rotary shaft with the ability to block the outlet nozzles.
In addition, the strikers with the power cylinders of their drive and the distributor of the system for supplying the working medium are mounted on an individual driving rotary shaft.

A device for rotational forging of long products contains strikers 1 placed radially with respect to the workpiece, connected to rods 2 pistons 3 power cylinders 4. Springs 5 are mounted on rods 2. Power cylinders of the drive strikers are connected by means of b to distributors 7 CHCxeNbi the working environment, made in the form of nozzles 8, the inlet openings of which are crossed by valves 10 mounted on the shaft 9. The shaft 9 is driven in rotation by the engine 11 by means of a gear 12.

The medium of the working medium is mounted on an individual driving rotary shaft 13 fixed in bearings in the housing 14. The shaft 13 is driven by a single-speed gear 15 by the engine 16.
The device works as follows.
The shaft 9 is rotated by the engine 11 through a gear transmission 12. The dampers 10 mounted on the shaft 9 periodically block the outlet openings of the nozzles 8. As a result of closing the output from the nozzles, pulsating changes in the working medium pressure occur, which through the nozzle nozzle 8 through the main lines 6 enters the power cylinders 4 and drives the strikers 1 through the pistons 3 in the direction of the workpiece.
The reciprocating movement of the piston 3 with the strikers 1 occurs under the action of the springs 5 mounted on the rods 2. The hydraulic device can also perform the function of the springs.
During the entire processing time, the heads of the cylinders with their actuators and distributors of the working medium supply system are in rotational motion with respect to the workpiece being processed. The rotation is carried out by the shaft 13 driven by the gear train 15 by the engine 16.
The speed of rotation of the shaft 13 does not depend on the rotation of the shaft 9 by -iKopocTH.
Depending on the profile of the product being processed, it is possible to use jets of various shapes, and their number depends on it. The four strikers most commonly used are radially located with respect to the workpiece being processed. These jaunty work simultaneously or alternately in pairs.
The work cycle of the strikers depends on the shape of the valves. The adjustment of the oscillation frequency is made by the number of revolutions of the shaft on which the dampers are mounted, and the amplitude of oscillations and the magnitude of the forces acting on the pistons on the pump performance and the pressure of the working medium. The design of the device provides the possibility of any adjustment of these parameters as needed.
